BioLab Project sells and ships worldwide. For orders outside Italy there is a surcharge on the shipping rate.
We process every order in less than 48 hours. Each order can take up to 5 working days to be delivered. In 80% of cases, however, each of our orders is delivered within 48/72 hours from the time of order.
Returns and Refunds
The return is guaranteed and free in the first 14 days from the date of delivery by the courier. The products subject to return will be analyzed by us as the refund is only foreseen for products equal to new (excluding manufacturing defects which require a full refund).
